It has been tested and performs like new! This E2 has a powerful single speed motor. This unit maintains optimum air flow and never looses suction like conventional bag vacuums since it traps the dirt and dust in water! Water is natures filter. All items will be securely packaged(may not be in boxes pictured), and shipped in a timely manner. The units are always shipped insured for the selling value.
